Description
The ThermaGuard fridge thermometer is a high-accuracy fridge/freezer thermometer available in two models to suit different sensor requirements. Essential for food safety, the max/min, alarm, and CalCheck functions make this model an excellent choice for HACCP compliance.
The internal sensor (101 model only) measures temperature across the range of -19.9 to 49.9 °C, while the external sensors measure over the range of -39.9 to 49.9 °C. Both offer an accuracy of ±0.4 °C and a resolution of 0.1 °C/°F.
With a battery life of 25,000 hours (normal use, without alarm), the 1.5-volt AA batteries only need to be replaced every 34 months.
The digital fridge thermometer is housed in a splashproof IP54, ABS case featuring a large LCD display that simultaneously shows the current and max/min recorded temperatures. Both models also feature programmable alarms to provide an audible warning if the fridge or freezer temperature falls outside the safe limits you set.

An optional two-point (-18, 0 °C) UKAS calibration certificate is available. Each certificate indicates deviations from standards at -18 and 0 °C. *UKAS certificate applies to remote probes only
Two models available
ThermaGuard 101 incorporates two temperature sensors: a remote waterproof temperature probe with a two-metre PVC lead for monitoring appliance temperature, and an internal sensor for room temperature.
ThermaGuard 102 incorporates two remote waterproof probes, both with two-metre PVC leads for monitoring two appliances. Each remote probe can be mounted onto the internal wall of the fridge using the small supplied ABS plastic mounting bracket.
CalCheck function
Both ThermaGuard models feature a CalCheck 0.0 °C (±0.1 °C) function that allows the user to verify the accuracy of the thermometer at any time, providing confidence that measurements are accurate.
Free wall bracket
Each ThermaGuard is supplied with a plastic wall bracket that incorporates a built-in foot stand, hook for hanging, and a screw thread for tripod mounting, allowing users to store or position the unit securely and protect against accidental damage.
